This is a wallpaper featuring a Regency fashion plate of two couples dancing at a ball. It's not new, so unfortunately it's only 1024x768, but I'm still fond of it, and since I preserved the border on the original image, centering this on a larger screen with a colored border would not look bad, or at least IMO.
The plate is contemporary, (i.e., from the Regency era) but I honestly forget where I got it, the scrolls, and the paper texture. :-/ The quote is from Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice, and reads: To be fond of dancing was a certain step towards falling in love.

I love the quote! haha, or I might just be biased but it's the perfect quote for this wallpaper.
I downloaded it for future use with a color border.
